Care Under Fire

Care Under Fire is the first Phase of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC/TC3), but is presented as a standalone module along with our Medical Emergency Ground Tactics (MEGT) course. Combining tactical and medical in this manner serves as a precursor for attending the full TCCC or TECC courses. Care Under Fire also includes accredited Stop the Bleed and Celox External Haemorrhage Control Principles courses, each of which carry professional development points. Taking place over one full day and with an option of a low light module, CUF provides you with the most crucial life saving TACMED doctrine, preparing you to treat the most common causes of preventable death in defensive combat situations.

DURATION: 
Care Under Fire 1: 12 hours with night shooting module
Care Under Fire 2: 8 hours
Minimum Gear Requirements

Concealment or duty holster
Reliable and sturdy EDC belt
At least 2 magazine pouches
3 magazines
Reliable Pistol
250-300 rounds of ammunition depending on whether low light module is attended
Ear & Eye Protection
Peaked cap
Appropriate Clothing for Duty/Concealment and Weather
Food and beverages
